1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating, or contributing to a digital Slam Book on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue platform usage.

2. Acceptable Use & Conduct

Slam Book is designed for positive memory sharing, farewells, milestone celebrations, and appreciation. Users agree NOT to submit content that is:

• Defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or hateful.
• Infringing upon any third party's copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Unsolicited commercial promotion, spam, or malicious software links.

⚠️ Page creators reserve the right to remove any submission that violates these community standards via their private Admin Dashboard.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Contributors retain full ownership of the text messages, well-wishes, and personal photos they upload. By submitting content, contributors grant Slam Book a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display the content solely for the recipient's memory book and PDF export generation.

4. Creator Responsibility & Management Tokens

Because Slam Book does not maintain user accounts or passwords, page creators are solely responsible for bookmarking and safeguarding their private Management URL (`/m/[token]`). Slam Book cannot recover access if a private token is lost or deleted.

5. Service Availability & Modification

Slam Book is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without prior notice.
